What I learned

Working as the only designer in a small team taught me a lot about wearing many hats and trusting my instincts. I had to take full ownership of the design process, make quick decisions, and stay flexible as things shifted. It pushed me to communicate clearly with everyone—from developers to product managers—and find creative ways to keep the user at the center, even when juggling tight timelines or shifting priorities.
